Alexander Kaymer is the managing director of KAYRO Solutions, which he founded in 2010. With his comprehensive knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region and extensive experience in supporting clients structuring their Asia operations, he is a highly regarded contact for clients looking to do business successfully in the region. With almost 15 years of experience in Asia, Mr. Kaymer advises clients in the areas of business structuring as well as in corporate, tax and commercial matters. Mr. Kaymer is a German lawyer and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with a focus on international commercial law from Bond University in Australia. Due to his expertise, Mr. Kaymer is the resident director of several companies in Hong Kong and advises them on regional business activities.
