With more than 1,000 successfully completed international projects in the last 15 years, initially as a Research analyst, Projectmanager and subsequently as Head of IdentCenter, Joy Edwin Thanarajah has been responsible for the manufacturing, chemical, insurance and IT sectors as a shareholder and partner of the DEININGER Group since the beginning of 2020. The extensive development opportunities and experience gained at DEININGER will benefit him in his current consulting spectrum, with a staffing rate of 100%. He understands how to bring together the different cultures of Asia and Germany and use them for his projects. For this reason, he also maintains regular contact with the DEININGER offices in India and China.
